Conversations At Our House v.8

Sy: AG says that you should make me some chicken soup. She says, "Make sure that the chicken soup isn't canned. It has to be home made with love FOR you. Right, SSB?"

SSB: Campbell's puts love in their soup.

JD: They found love and they stuck in their soup just for you.

Sy: Yeah they found a way to suck it out of people to put in their soup. That's why there are so many Republicans.

Campbell's aquired Love in a hostile takeover, broke it up, and sold it piecemeal, keeping the remaining by-products to add to their soup.

Luckily, they only need a small portion of Love, because Love can't be quantified and therefore it's supply can be inexhaustable.

That is why women these days prefer Campbell's stock rather than marriage proposals. At least I assume that's why.

A soup from Campbell’s can is no meal for your man
For a Democrat’s style is no fan of the red can

The Demo’s prefer mushrooms and stew
Out of the darkness to make a fresh brew

But a Republican man still likes his red flavours
Full of the favours of the many lobbyists favours

Indeed, I sold my love to Campbell's right after I registered to vote.

Wouldn't want to deviate from the party line, after all.

we went to costco and I bought a case of cambells chicken noodle. it's supposed to have 35% more love than the leading brand.

Frankly, i'm always disappointed in how few chunks of love there are in the soup.

SSB, so then the question, "How much do you love me?" is an unanswerable question?

AG, he made me Hamburger Helper Lasagne. Does that count?

Van!, I think everyone could use more Cambell's in their life.

Lindsay, mmmm...MUSHROOMS!!

Wendy A, glad you enjoyed it! We have conversations like this ALL THE TIME!

Elizabeth, as I always say: It is better to be a smart ass than a dumb ass.

Derek, thank you for your love!

ESC, good love is hard to find. I though they were the leading brand!

You can always tell the canned love from the artificial stuff.

Besides the after-taste, that is.

Campbells, YUCK! Okay, okay, I loved their chicken noodle soup when I was young and didn't know any better. But I'm older and wiser now.

Shamus, "Canned Love" sounds like a great band name.

Elizabeth, :)

AG, no, it wasn't chicken soup, but it was pretty good.

OldRoses, I like the chicken noodle soup and the cream of mushroom soup (the old school stuff). I ALWAYS HATED CHICKEN AND STARS! Bleah!
